We focus our attention and support on the small steps that lead to a fulfilling and independent future for people with complex mental health illness. We have a wealth of expertise and experience in delivering the right level of individual support and therapy that is fundamental in achieving rewarding outcomes.

The home is registered for 32 and we provide residential care for younger adults and the elderly with mental health needs. We have been providing mental health care to the residents of Bradford since 1999. We specialise in short- and long-term placements and are adaptive to each individuals circumstances.

We care for people with different mental health conditions and work with our residents on valuable skills to help them maintain their independence and self-esteem. We look at enablement and rehabilitation with all our service users to ensure that they can full fill their personal goals and ambitions.

Resident rooms provide a variety of accommodation and include bed-sit arrangements, with EnSite or meal preparation facilities for those planning to move into supported living.


Family and friends may visit whenever the resident wishes. They can visit residents in the lounge or in the privacy of their room. We have no set visitors' times and visitors are positively encouraged!

Diana Cook

Diana started working for Holden Grange Care Group when she was 22, originally at Grange Court as a member of the care team. She worked there for several years before leaving to further her career in a senior position at another setting in Bradford.

Diana returned to Oak Lodge in August 2011 shortly before becoming acting manager and then onto the Registered Manager post that she holds now. Diana has always worked in the care sector and is very passionate about her staff and her residents at Oak Lodge. She is very hands on and is very much involved with all things going on at Oak Lodge.

In Diana’s spare time she enjoys time with her family where she has 4 children.
